Check Your Claim Eligibility
When you purchase evProtect (ticket insurance) at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of the refund protection policy. These terms outline what types of situations qualify for a refund, called “covered reasons.”
It’s important to know that buying evProtect does not guarantee a refund. It simply gives you the ability to submit a claim if something unexpected happens that falls within those covered reasons. You can review the full policy and covered reasons anytime at Refundable.me.
