Eventeny Customer Support cannot process requests to withdraw an application. If you need to withdraw your application, such as in cases where you applied to the wrong event, this must be handled by the event organizer.
Contact the Event Organizer to Withdraw Your Application
- Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.
- At the top of the home page, click on "My Applications."
- Under your vendor applications section, select the application you mistakenly applied to by clicking the blue "View or edit" button to the left of the application. There is also a corresponding "Contact organizer" button next to each application.
- If you decide to click on the "View or edit" button, you should be taken to the confirmation page you received when you first applied. To the right, click the blue "Contact organizer" button.

Enter and send your message to the event organizer.
If you do not receive a response within 3-4 business days, contact Eventeny customer support and we will do our best to get everything sorted for you!
