Refunds are processed based on the refund policy of the event organizer. If the policy states that the application is non-refundable, a refund is granted at the sole discretion of the event organizer. As Eventeny is a self-service platform for event organizers, we do not have the permissions to perform refunds on their behalf. Therefore, our customer support team will be unable to process a refund for you.
Contact the Event Organizer
- Login to your eventeny.com account and hover over the "Participate" tab. Select the "Your Applications" option.
- Click on the "Contact Organizer" button next to the event you are seeking a refund for.
When requesting a refund, please provide detailed information regarding any extenuating circumstances. Maintain a polite tone in your communication, and be patient as event organizers can be very busy or may have a small team. We recommend allowing 3-4 days to receive a response from the event organizer on our platform before reaching out again.
No Response from the Event Organizer
- If you haven't received a response from the event organizer within 3-4 days of reaching out on our platform, we recommend finding their direct contact information on their website, such as a phone number or email, for a quicker response. Contact information can usually be found on a "Contact Us" or "About Us" page.
Special Circumstances

If an event organizer is unresponsive after you have tried all steps to contact them (including reaching out on the Eventeny platform and contacting them directly through their website), please reach out to our customer support team and we will explore further options to assist you.
