Locate the Attendee's Ticket

Navigate to the event you would like to work on.
- Click on Tickets and then List.

Use the search bar to find the attendee you are looking for. You can search by name, email address, confirmation code, or tag.
- Click on the view ticket under "Action".
Switch or Upgrade Tickets
- In the ticket information modal that pops up, select Switch Ticket.
- Select the event and choose a new ticket type to switch from your existing ticket. Once selected, click Switch ticket to confirm the change.

After selecting the event and the ticket you’d like to switch to (or keeping it within the same event), you’ll see a breakdown of the ticket cost difference. This section shows any additional amount to be charged or refunded, along with a summary of the new ticket price, fees, and net difference. The cost difference can be adjusted if needed before confirming the switch.
Click Switch ticket to complete the update. If there is a price difference, the original amount will be refunded, and the new amount will be charged. If there is no cost difference, no charges or refunds will be made.

You're all done! The new ticket will show in the ticket list, and the previous ticket will show as canceled and refunded.
