Ticket Analytics
- To view your ticket analytics, navigate to your dashboard by clicking on the 'Analytics' tab. It is the last option under the "Tickets" dropdown menu on the left sidebar.
- There are four components or tabs to the analytics section. The first provides a summary of the number of tickets bought and the amount of revenue your tickets generated organized by month. At the top, you can filter your ticket analytics by date range and ticket type. The top right corner above the bar graphs allows you to export the summary data into an Excel spreadsheet.
- The second tab is "Finance" Here you'll get to see a breakdown of the finance aspect of your ticket revenue including fees, discounts, and refunds. This list also includes any tickets that have not gotten any sales. The same filters and export options apply to this tab.
- The third tab is the "Status" tab. This tab is useful for the day of and the day after your event. It gives you a breakdown of admission details such as which ticket holders have checked in, coupon codes used, and refunded tickets.
- The fourth tab is the "Reports" tab. This tab is useful for generating on-demand reports for "Tickets Purchased", "Tickets Check-In", "Cumulative Ticket Data", and "Discounts Breakdown".
-
To generate a report, click on the desired report, and a corresponding bar graph will be created. Below, you can see examples of each report (please note these images are from a test event and do not contain actual data). You can export the report by clicking the export option at the top right of each report.
