Locate Your Company Details
-
Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny. From the homepage, hover over your profile name or icon and select the "Company Details" option from the drop-down menu.
Profile
- The Profile section is where you can keep your business information up to date. By clicking the "Edit" button, you’ll be able to update key details such as your profile, business name, legal business name, primary contact, address, email, phone number, website, number of employees, description, and business page link.
Company Admins
-
The Company Admins section lets you manage who has access to your company account. Here, you can view each admin’s name, permission level, last login date, and see who the owner is. To give someone new access, simply click the + New Admin button and fill out their details. This ensures the right people have the right permissions to manage your company effectively.
You can learn more about adding new company admins here.
Subscription Details
The Subscription Details section displays information about your company’s current plan. Here, you can see your plan type, billing recurrence (monthly or annually), and the renewal date. If no plan is active, this section will show None.
Payment Information
The Payment Information section displays your saved payment methods used for subscriptions or other charges. You can view details such as the payment type, card number (last four digits), expiration date, and billing zip code. To add a new payment method, click the + New Payment Method button.
Payment Method
The Payout Methods section is where you set up how you receive payments (payouts) for your products or events. A payout is the transfer of funds to you after a sale. Eventeny uses a secure payment system that supports instant payouts via Stripe. You can set up your payout method by clicking the + Payout Method button.
If no payout methods are currently listed, you’ll see a message indicating none have been created. You can also designate a method as your default once it’s set up.
