Access Your Ticket Analytics

To view your ticket analytics, navigate to your event dashboard by clicking on the Tickets tab. Click on the Analytics button. It is the last option under the Tickets dropdown menu on the left sidebar.
New Analytics Dashboard (Beta)
At the top right of the Analytics page, click the Preview New Analytics (Beta) button to open the updated beta version of the analytics dashboard.
This preview allows you to explore the new layout, updated reporting tools, and enhanced analytics features before the full release.
After clicking Preview New Analytics (Beta), you’ll be taken to the Ticket Analytics Dashboard. At the top of the page, there is a dropdown navigation menu with the following sections: Overview, Sales & Discounts, Buyers, and Operations.
Overview
The Overview page provides a high-level summary of your ticket sales, revenue, buyer activity, and attendance performance. At the top of the page, you can filter the data by: Date Range, Ticket Groups, Tickets and Add-ons.
Executive Snapshot
This section displays key performance metrics, including:
- Total Revenue – Total revenue earned and total tickets sold
- Check-in % – Percentage of tickets checked in and total attendees checked in
- Average Order Value – Average dollar amount spent per order and average tickets per order

Number of Buyers – Total number of unique buyers
Sales Trends
You’ll also see visual charts such as:
- Tickets Sold – Shows ticket sales trends over time

Revenue – Shows revenue trends over time
Cumulative Ticket Sales
This section tracks total growth over time and includes:
- Tickets Issued – Running total of tickets sold leading up to the event
- Revenue – Running total of revenue earned leading up to the event
Daily Ticket Sales
Displays the number of tickets sold each day.
Sales & Discounts
The Sales & Discounts page provides a detailed breakdown of ticket sales, fees, payouts, and refunds by ticket group or ticket type. At the top of the page, you can filter the data by: Date Range, Ticket Groups, Tickets, Add-ons. You can also use the Sort By dropdown and search bar to organize or quickly locate specific ticket types.
Ticket Sales & Fees
This section displays key sales metrics, including:
- Sold – Number of tickets sold compared to total available
- Checked In – Number and percentage of tickets checked in
- Gross – Total revenue before fees
- Fees – Total platform and processing fees
- Net Payout – Estimated payout after fees
When a row is expanded, you can view additional details such as:
- Sales Channels – Revenue by payment type (Online, Cash, Onsite Card, Manual Entry, etc.)
- Fee Breakdown – Platform fees and card processing fees
- Cancellations & Refunds – Cancelled tickets and refunded amounts
Sales & Discounts Charts
Further down the Sales & Discounts page, you’ll find additional charts that help visualize revenue, upgrades, resales, and discount performance.
Sections on this page include:
- Revenue by Ticket Type – Compares total revenue generated by each ticket type.
- Upsells & Resells – Tracks ticket upgrades and resold tickets over time.
- Discount Code Redemptions – Shows how many times each discount code was used.
- Discount Amount by Code – Displays the total discount amount applied by each code.
If no discount codes have been used, those sections may display No data present.
Buyers
The Buyers page provides insights into where your attendees are located, when they purchase tickets, and buyer behavior patterns. At the top, you can use filters such as Date Range, Ticket Groups, Tickets, and Add-ons to customize the data shown.
Sections on this page include:

Top Geographies – Displays a heatmap of buyer locations by state and highlights your top states by percentage of buyers.

Purchases by Day of Week – Shows which days buyers most frequently purchase tickets.

Buyer Overlap Across Events – Indicates whether buyers are first-time customers or have attended multiple events.

Buyer Activity by Day and Time – Visualizes the most active times and days buyers purchase tickets.

First Time Attending – Shows how many buyers are attending for the first time versus returning attendees.
Operations
The Operations page helps you monitor attendance activity and on-site event performance. At the top, you can use filters such as Date Range, Ticket Groups, Tickets, and Add-ons to customize the data displayed.
Sections on this page include:

Check-Ins by Time – Shows when attendees are checking in throughout the event.

Deliverables Readiness – Shows the percentage of buyers who have completed required pre-event deliverables for each ticket type.

Ticket Mailing Status – Tracks mailed ticket fulfillment statuses such as shipped, awaiting shipment, or tickets that do not require shipping.
