You can now create a custom audience for your Facebook & Instagram ads using your event's ticket conversion data on Eventeny. Once set up, you'll be able to target, or exclude, folks who have purchased a ticket from your event in your next ad campaign for easy retargeting and/or audience narrowing.
Enabling Facebook Pixel Tracking with Eventeny is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below to set things up in a flash!
- Locate the event you'd like to track via Facebook Pixel and then click "Manage."
- Turn your attention to the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen and then click on the "Other actions" subsection.
- Click on "Settings."
- Scroll down on the "Settings" page until you reach the "Marketing" section.
- Click the "edit" button in the "Marketing" section.
- Type or paste the Facebook Pixel ID into the Facebook Pixel ID field.
- Type or paste the Facebook Access Token into the Facebook Access Token field.
- Click "Save."
