Enable Your On-site Payment Terminal

Learn how to enable and configure the on-site payment terminal in your Eventeny event settings to accept card payments in person at your event location.

Locate Your Event Settings

Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.

At the top of the home page, select the event you wish to work with under the "Organize" tab.

Scroll down the left sidebar until you reach "Other actions," the second-to-last tab above "Preview." Click the dropdown and choose "Settings."

Enabling On-site Payment Terminal

Scroll down to the "On-site Payment Terminal Set Up" section, where you can update payment terminal location settings for your event, allowing you to accept card payments on-site. Click on the "edit" button to update the status to "Enabled" and update the location for your event, if needed.

The terminal address is automatically filled in based on the event location address entered upon the event's creation. The event address listed in your "Event Information" should match the address displayed in the "On-site payment terminal setup" setting.


The 'Event Information' page for '[TEST] SMALL BIZ CON' displays key details about the event. The 'Event name' is '[TEST] SMALL BIZ CON,' the 'Status' is 'Event is scheduled and active.' The 'Location' is highlighted and shown as '123 Main St, Atlanta, Georgia 30326, United States.' The event's 'Date & time' is from 'Jun 26, 2024, 10:00 am - Jun 26, 2024, 4:00 pm (GMT-04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).' The 'Currency' is 'United States dollar.' An 'edit' link is available on the top right of the page.
