These settings control how tickets are scanned and which tickets can be checked in on your device
Auto Check-In: When enabled, tickets will automatically be checked in as soon as they are scanned. When disabled, you will need to manually confirm each check-in.
Check-In Restrictions: This allows you to control which ticket types can be checked in on your device. You can select specific ticket types (e.g., VIP, General Admission, Meet & Greet) or allow all tickets.
Check-In Tickets
Tap Check in from the bottom navigation bar. This will open the scanner screen.
Hold your device over the attendee’s QR code. Align the code within the scanner frame. The app will automatically detect the ticket.
Once scanned, you’ll see the ticket type (e.g., Family Weekend Pass), the attendee’s name, and the ticket status. Tap Check in (if auto check-in is not enabled).
A confirmation message will appear: “Checked in ticket”. The ticket status will update to Checked in.
Scan Badges
If your event is using badges, tap Scan badge after check-in.
Scan the badge QR code. You’ll see a confirmation: “Badge assigned successfully”.
Viewing Check-In Details
After check-in, you can tap into a ticket to view: check-in time and date, confirmation number, attendee information, badge assignment and more.
Tap the order details arrow to expand the full order view.
You’ll have options to switch or upgrade your ticket or request a refund/cancelation. You can also undo the check in under the Tickets section.
You can also tap the three-dot menu in the top right to access more actions, such as emailing the ticket confirmation or printing the ticket.
