Before You Begin
Make sure:
- Your printer is powered on
- Your device and printer are on the same network
- You have access to the printer’s IP address
Open Printer Settings
- Open the Eventeny mobile app and from the Events screen, select the event you want to manage.
Tap More in the bottom navigation menu.
- Scroll to the Hardware section and select the Printing option.
Connect Your Printer
Tap the Printing toggle to turn it on. Once enabled, this allows the app to print tickets and receipts and unlocks the option to add a printer.
- Tap Add next to Printer IP address to begin adding your printer.
- This will open a field where you can enter the printer’s IP address to connect it.
- Once the printer is successfully connected, you’ll see a “Printer connected” confirmation at the top of the screen. Your printer will then appear under Added printers, where you can:
- See the printer name and IP address
- Tap Disconnect if needed
- Tap the info icon to view more details or manage the printer
- Any other available printers will still show below as Not connected.
Manage Your Printer

Tap the info icon next to a connected printer to view its details. From this screen, you can:
Name your printer for easier identification by clicking the Add button next to Printer Name:
View the serial number and IP address
Run a test print to confirm it’s working

Disconnect or forget the device if needed
You’ll also see printer status indicators (like paper out, low tickets, or jams) to help monitor the printer’s condition.
