Navigate to Order List
Open the mobile app and login.
Start by selecting the event you want to manage.
Tap Sell in the bottom navigation menu.
Click on the Order list option.
Refund Tickets
- Find the order you’d like to manage and tap the arrow. You can use the search icon or filters (All, Tickets) to locate it faster.
- Tap into the ticket to view its details, including attendee information, status, and check-in details. Click the arrow next to the order number.
- From the order details screen, tap Refund or cancel.
- Choose the ticket(s) you want to refund, or select all tickets, then tap Next.
- Select one of the following options: No refund, Partial refund, or Full refund. Then choose whether to cancel the ticket and select a reason for the refund (e.g., medical or personal emergency, accidental purchase, etc.). Tap Next, then review the confirmation screen.
- Select Confirm to complete the refund.
- Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing the refunded amount and updated ticket status (e.g., Cancelled).
