Your event analytics page in the Eventeny admin app gives you a quick snapshot of your event’s performance, including revenue, ticket activity, and check-ins.
Accessing Your Event Analytics
Open the mobile app and log in.
From the Events screen, select the event you want to issue tickets for.
Tap Home in the bottom navigation menu.
Tapping the information icon at the top right corner of the analytics page opens your event’s details page, where you can view the event name, location, and date/time.
You can tap Where to open directions in your phone’s navigation app and When to add the event to your calendar.
The page also includes sections like Description and Parking, which can be expanded for more details.
In the top right, the share icon allows you to easily share the event via text, email, or other apps.
Revenue Breakdown
At the top, you’ll see your total revenue. This is broken down by category: Tickets, Vendors, Sponsor, and Other Applications. This helps you quickly understand where your money is coming from.
Tickets Sold
The Tickets Sold section shows how many tickets have been sold out of the total available, such as 2 out of 80 tickets sold. You’ll also see a breakdown by ticket type, like Test Ticket Example and Test Ticket Example 2, each showing how many have been sold out of their individual limits. This helps you understand sales performance by ticket type and how close you are to selling out.
The See All button lets you view the full list of ticket types and their individual sales in more detail.
Tickets Checked In
The Tickets Checked In section shows how many tickets have been scanned at the event, such as 1 out of 2 tickets checked in. You’ll also see a breakdown by ticket type, like Test Ticket Example and Test Ticket Example 2, showing how many attendees from each type have checked in. This helps you track attendance in real time and see which ticket types are being used.
The See All button lets you view the full list of ticket types and their check-in statuses.
Vendors Checked In
The Vendors Checked In section shows how many vendors have checked in for the event, such as 0 out of 2 vendors checked in. You may also see a breakdown by application type (like Artist Application), showing how many vendors from each group have arrived. This helps you track vendor attendance in real time and ensure all participants are accounted for.
The See All button lets you view the full list of vendors and their check-in status.
Other Applications Checked In
The Other Applications Checked In section displays check-in data for any additional application types beyond tickets and vendors. If no other applications are set up, this section will show 0 out of 0. This helps you monitor attendance across all application types being used for your event.

Product Sales
The Product Sales section shows the total revenue generated from products sold through your event, such as $0.00 if no sales have been made yet. It will also indicate whether any products have been sold, and you can tap “See all” to view a detailed breakdown of product transactions. This helps you track on-site or in-app sales performance in real time.
The See All button lets you view the full list of products and their sales details once available.
