New Mobile App - How To Manage Your Inbox

Accessing the Inbox

1. Open the mobile app and log in.
    

2. From the Events screen, select the event you want to manage your inbox for. 
   
   
    

3. Tap Inbox in the bottom navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
    

Viewing Messages
 

In the Inbox, you can:

• View all conversations under the All tab
• Filter by Unread messages
• View Group messages

Each message preview shows: sender name, message snippet and the date of the last message. 



 

Searching Messages

 

To search for a message:

1. Tap the search icon in the top right corner
2. Enter a name 
3. Select the conversation from the results

This helps you quickly locate messages, especially when you have multiple conversations.

Opening and Replying to a Message

 

To view and respond to a message:

1. Tap on a conversation
2. Review the message thread
3. Tap the “Write a message…” field at the bottom
4. Type your response
5. Tap the send arrow to reply
    

Important Limitations

The Inbox in the admin mobile app is designed for managing existing conversations only. At this time, you can reply to messages but you cannot start (initiate) new conversations from the mobile app. To start a new message, you will need to use the web version of Eventeny.
